Beaker Rocks

Gotta wake up!!!   I am teaching my weekly class at IDRI at 7:15 a.m. and I’m super excited.  Then I’ll put on my lab coat for the day.  I teach Yin and The Ashram tonight.  It should be a GREAT day. I wish you the best day possible 🙂

    You make me giggle. Today I am humored by the idea of you being SUPER YOGI. Yogi by night and scientist by day. You need a super yogi shirt to wear under your lab coat, and then pull open your coat to reveal your true identity 🙂

      Did I tell you I have one with Beaker from Sesame Street that says “Namaste”?
      Sorta the other way around. Just a few more months of wearing a lab coat!
