Day 3 – a song that reminds you of a parent

This one is easy  – The Best of my love by the Eagles.  I lost my father to cancer when I was 12 years old.  Sometime before his death, he bought me the 45 (rpm, haha).  I have probably listened to this song thousands of times and I always think of him. It is also one of my favorite karaoke songs to sing.  Enjoy.  Love you Dad.

I just realized that today is May 8th – this is the anniversary of his death.   I think I’m putting this song on repeat today and thinking about him.
