I have had a bummer of a few days. Poor performance on an important exam at school which sorta put me in a tailspin. I don’t test well when someone is hovering over me, watching my moves, especially when I only have a few minutes to prepare for an unknown scenario. Choked! Beat myself up for a few days, which is of course, most unproductive.
I rarely take the time to do asana and/or meditation during the week, even if I know that is time well spent. Stress has a way of making you forget that importance of de-stressing. Positive feedback loops. Most unhealthy on a body. I *GOTTA* stop doing that to myself.
I did take a few minutes out the other day to do a little yoga – cuz my brand new SeaHawks shoes arrived and they inspired me to get off my ass and do a little asana. Money well spent, I perked up a lot afterwards. Here are some of the highlights.
