
But they are really complicated and I have a quiz on them in Kinesi today. I’m fairy certain I’ll bomb it, that seems to be the pattern in quizzes of late. I think I’m just overwhelmed with how we are flying through material right now.
And I just came across a picture of myself (my hands are cut off in the picture, which I find amusing). Let’s call this TBT. Taken in the mid 2000’s, when I was about 20 pounds lighter and fit as a fiddle. Sigh…

In some ways I’ve grown a lot. But boy, I miss being in this kind of shape. And I can’t hold a handstand nearly as well. I’m pretty good at coaching others now, which is cool in a different way.
I’d love to get back to this place. But it takes a lot of time to be in awesome shape. Something I don’t have a lot of time for. Too busy getting slammed with kinesiology, rehabilitation, and therapeutic exercise. I think I understand why most health care workers aren’t in…. let’s say….. the best of shape. 😦
BUT HEY, I’M GONNA AT LEAST START TRYING TO BUCK THAT TREND. MY EMPOWER CLASS DOES GIVE ME INSPIRATION 🙂
