I have dutifully worked on my homework all morning. One assignment was on stretching. Hmmmmm it is my passion so I gave it my all. I am not saying that I’m an expert, I have so much to learn. But I sure enjoy the process. I had a lot of fun with my static stretch and to a lesser extent, my ballistic exercise examples. I was told I should actually practice my examples so I decided to video. I’m sort of amused, maybe you will be too.
If I can get anyone to do the static stretches, then my morning was well worth it. I don’t recommend the ballistic forward fold, but high kicks are sort of fun.
