Ah, C’mon give it a try :)

From the Vivify Newsletter (I have to admit I am fond of this picture, call me vain). I know this pose as “dragonfly” but I know there is some variant names.  Anyway, Dragonfly eluded me for some time, so this was a real rush to finally “learn” (the truth is you can always work on something, you never “master” it 🙂

It isn’t all about dragonfly. I promise Empower is accessible to ANYONE who is interested in having some laughs and learning to do things you didn’t find possible  How cool is that?
