Mission Statement

I am sitting down to write a mission statement – for why I teach yoga.   So I am procrastinating and youtube is such a great way to do that!

Stumbled upon this video – I must say that these guys are too awesome.   This is my favorite of their songs, but there are so many more.  I highly recommend checking them out.  Just saying.
