On my way out the door to teach this morning I had to take a few shots. Partially motivated by the Sept Insta challenge, partly cuz the sunrise was pretty amazing. Here they are.
I am thrilled to say that I will be teaching early bird classes at Vivify on Mondays and Thursdays!!! It can be difficult to motivate for 6 a.m. classes but they also prepare you for a much better day. You roll with the punches with a smile on your face. Join me 🙂
