Landscaping Project

Our much anticipated landscaping project has begun in full force.  Last week they cleared the property of a gazillion tumbleweeds and other noxious thorny nasty-ass desert weeds.  They were kind enough to leave anything of value 🙂 – mostly wild flowers and sages.  Steps are going in to the lower part of the yard….. Trees and a lot of lavender and sages will be added shortly, along with lots of rocks to stabilize the slope down into the lower level of the yard.  I will post pictures soon but here is the steps and in the background a peek of the yard devoid of tumbleweeds

They are also putting in some trees and shrubs out front and I’ve taken a lot more pictures out there.

Of course no post is complete without a few more yoga pictures, right?  RIGHT!!!

Finally, one of the most beautiful sunrises I’ve seen lately 🙂
