#backtobackbends Day 16

Anjanayasana.  This one is kinda nervewracking, it would be an unfortunate contortion to fall over in.  So I have trouble going much further than here.  In theory I could touch my back foot, but something holds me back

Been messing around this morning thinking about sequences for today. I am subbing at Vivify at 10 a.m.  Then I will race to Exhale to teach Yin, and a 3rd semi-private lesson.  I sequence the classes quite differently making for a fun challenge for my mind.  Should be a great day.
