Damn how I love to see Rainbows Lighting up on Social Cyberspace. It pleases me to see WordPress show a rainbow banner.  Damn!!!  For all my friends and family – Yay!  I couldn’t be more pleased.  I just watched President Obama’s speech regarding the Supreme Court’s ruling for same sex marriages nationwide. So beautiful, such a monumental decision. Beautiful, just beautiful.

PLUS – I am enormously grateful to have taught classes this morning at Exhale Hot Yoga and vivify hot yoga. Both studios are so amazing, I love the yoga community I’m discovering here in ABQ/RR. I was so scared moving here that I wouldn’t find great studios, fellow yogis to geek out with. I wasted my energy, the Yoga vibe here is strong and sweet. I am so honored, so humbled, so inspired to become the best teacher possible and to get to know my fellow yogis better.

On that note, time to take shower #3 of the day.  This is an occupational hazard of a Yoga Instructor . You have to shower a lot lest you want to get STINK-KEY!!!

After I’ve defunked, it will be time to take on my IG challenge shot of the day – Leg Behind the Head.  Yes!  A favorite, very grateful that my body allows me to do this one.  More when I’ve got it.  🙂
