Gotta love Friday!

I really enjoyed hanging out with the dogs in the yard this morning.  It was nice and mild – but it is gonna be a hot one again.  I actually enjoy the heat, as long as I can retreat into my A/C house and car.  Currently 72, but it is going to be in the mid 90s.  The Basenjis are bound to be nice and lazy while I clean the messy crib.

I am teaching a private class over the noon hour, errands and hopefully I’ll make it to a yoga class at 5.  I could really use it, I’ve been too busy teaching and taking care of the pups the past two days to actually get on my mat and PRACTICE.  A yoga instructor *has* to practice lest risk teaching get stale.  So even if I can’t make it to class, I will be doing a serious practice in my home studio.  I also have to do my IG challenge shot for #yogagivesback.

On that note, off to water the containers outside. Unlike Seattle, container plants require daily watering.  It is so much drier and hotter….. 🙂  If I could just teleport my kids here…. life would be pretty stellar.
