I worry a lot. About anything, everything. I really credit my yoga practice to a large extent for my ability to function in this crazy world. Of course having wonderful family and friends helps a lot too 🙂
Today I’m worrying that no one will show up for class. It is a new time slot, I’ve no idea if there is interest in a 6:15 a.m. class at The Studio Space. But nothing ventured, nothing gained, right? So I will go, and if it is just me, so be it…. I will still practice and I always enjoy my practice. 6:15 a.m. is a die-hard time. I think it is a FABULOUS time to practice – it makes the rest of the day so much more pleasant. But it does take a lot of effort to drag oneself out of bed, to be true.
I am more confident that people will come to the Sunday Yin class at 4:30 p.m. What a way to wind down the weekend, gear up for the following week. We’ll be all stretched out by 5:45, with plenty of time to go home, make dinner, etc. and later on sleep like a good baby….. Yin is exceedingly beneficial.
On that note, it is time to meditate and get ready for what the day is going to bring.

I’d love to hear what you think :)
