I was able to sleep 7 hours straight last night and I feel like a new woman. I am ever so grateful, I have a lot to do today and I don’t want to wander in a zombie state.
The pups lured me out in our lovely yard this morning. And I’ve started to warm up a little bit on my mat. It’s a beautiful morning here in Rio Rancho 🙂
