Zena and I are practicing on my mat together at the moment. Quite lovely, but I don’t wanna accidentally smush her so I’m sticking to inversions I’m comfortable with, nothing too crazy. ☺️🐺🐾💚💙. Soon enough she’ll want a walk so I must pry myself away from the delightful fireplace shortly.
