Surfing youtube a little this morning and came across my friend Beaker. How I enjoy the Muppet Science Lab 🙂
The plan today is to take a Power class this morning and teach two private classes. Hooray! That is the backbone recipe for a beautiful day in my world. One will be a super restorative class, the others a bit more active but still very Yin. It is so much fun to have freedom to structure class to a particular students’ needs 🙂 It is also challenging to get prepared! I have drafted the postures that I want to go through, next is figuring out some good music to set the stage.
I’ve been retired from IDRI for a week now – what a different life I’m already living. And in a month things are REALLY going to change when we move to Albuquerque. I dreamt of our new house last night, really excited to get there and see the completed paint job. I sure wish I could fast forward us there.
