Monday!

Returning to work after a vacation is always hard. No matter what.  I really need to be productive today at IDRI, I only have a dozen days left there!

Today’s Pose for #letsgetflexyin2015 is tortoise pose.  Here’s what I’ve got so far, but I’m going to try for a better shot before or after Davin’s Power class at 6:15 a.m.  I am sorta sore returning to my mat after my time in ABQ!  I didn’t make asana a priority when I was in ABQ, I did little bits but not a formal practice, I didn’t have my Manduka 😦  But I’m back in the saddle, again.
