These ads are really funny. Definitely worth 10 minutes (I love the Old Spice Guy and Farrah Fawcett/Joe Namath the most).
Big day of teacher training today. Game and Yin tomorrow. I’m taking Monday off from IDRI to do some sh*t around the house. Hooray 🙂 The fun begins at 10 with Gary’s Power class. I haven’t taken one of his classes for awhile – We have had a few weeks off from Teacher Training and he’s been sick. So I’m really looking forward to his class. I will shoot the pose of the day at The Ashram. I’m glad that the pose is Astravakasana, and I know EXACTLY where I want to shoot it (the mural of course).
All rightey, time to meditate. Walk dogs in about an hour. 100 % chance of rain today, 90% tomorrow. I really don’t want it to pour during the game but a nice Pacific NW drizzle couldn’t hurt. Lol.
