The pose of the day is pinchamayurasana/forearm balance. I **love** forearm balancing, I am super fortunate to have a flexible spine -so if I lose my balance I land in a wheel – I don’t have to roll out of it. Rolling out isn’t a big deal once you’ve figured out how to do it but it can be scary at first.
I’m going to have to leave it there for now, I am getting a rather late start this morning and I need to get ready for Elfie’s class. I’ve switched mornings with Sebastien, so I will be teaching Power and Yin tomorrow. YAY!
