I should make a disclaimer. I am not feeling all that awesome at the moment. I’ve been having headaches the past few days and fighting off a head cold. I don’t want to whine about it further. But it factors into why I’ve been such a touchy grouch the past couple of days. A lot of stress in my life right now. Whatevs. I got a decent night’s sleep and no headache currently so my outlook on life is OK. I hope yours is going great 🙂

I’m grateful that it is Wednesday – suggests I’ll make it through the work week. Wed nights I see Fisher, which makes me very happy/look forward to. Ordinarily I would teach yoga at IDRI at 7:15, but alas the space has been rented out so we have nowhere to practice. (I sure hope that the students find studios to practice at!). I am contemplating going to Elfie’s class but I’m not sure if I should go with this headcold. I will decide in 20 minutes. I might just go to work and avoid traffic. So indecisive.
Time to meditate 🙂
