Found out last night that I get to sub today. Most exciting news ever!!!
I went to bed at 8 p.m. knowing I’d wake up at 3 (which I did) . I’m working on my playlist. I am adding Maroon 5 to it. I wish I had unlimited time to find kickass Yoga Music I would LOVE suggestions!
Here we go – Day 18 of #letsgetflexy. I need to get back to this emergency playlist session. And of course, I have sequencing to ponder. I love teaching yoga. Excited for teacher training to commence. I am so grateful. Namaste!
