Taught a fun Power class this morning. I love love love teacher Power. I have so much to learn but everyone looked like they got a full experience and there were a lot of smiles after class.

Just got to IDRI – have a meeting in a few minutes then writing a report. Hopefully I’ll have time to do an experiment as well but I’m determined to get the writing out of the way. I have Davin’s Power class at 5 p.m. to look forward to
have a phenomenal Friday. Don’t forget to stretch! Your body craves it 🙂
