From Erich Schiffmann, Yoga – the spirit and practice of moving into stillness “Cobbler Pose Frees Hip joints, stretches adductor muscles, strengthens back and spine. Improves circulation through hips, legs, and pelvic region. Good for meditation once comfortable. Yummy!!!
