Happy Saturday All! Just got back from a beautiful morning walk with Harlan and the Basenjis. Gorgeous morning. Excited for class at 10 a.m. In a quandary though – dunno if I should take Power or Yang. Normally I don’t even consider Power – I love Yang so much…. But it looks like I’m going to start teaching a Power class once a week and all of a sudden I’m very motivated to take as many Power classes as I can 🙂 And of course, with Gary teaching it, it is bound to be a great class. I had better start hydrating in earnest!
You have no idea how excited I am to have a Power Class. I am going to be geeking out on the Power series for the forseeable future.
