Weekend draws to a close

The weather turned absolutely amazing again today in Seattle.  Gary led a killer good class at 3 p.m. which I was so glad I attended.  Started out on plank on the forearms instead of usual child’s pose, and he did not let up.  Yay!  I figured my Yin class would be a small group given the weather – but 22 dedicated yogis were there, and I couldn’t have been more pleased.  Four lovely ladies were there for the first time and they seemed to enjoy themselves a lot; how I love to share my love of yoga with new students.  🙂
