Happiest of Summer Solstice’s to you. May the Summer of 2014 be the best summer ever :). I started my Summer out properly with a great class at The Ashram. Davin led a very fun and effective class. My arm balances were on so I opted for handstand photos today. Somedays handstand work isn’t as pretty, trust me. It takes a lot of practice, dedication, and repetition.
