Dang, I just spent a long time of my review of how great Claudia’s class was this morning, but my computer crashed before it saved. I am too annoyed to try to repeat it. Suffice to say that she really shook up the sequence, held some of the poses excruciatingly long, and had great verbal adjustments. I swear she read my mind a couple of times, which is always the sign of a great instructor. 🙂
Took a funny little clip afterwards – below are a couple of stills and the footage itself. I’m trying to figure out how to gracefully flow from camel to wheel but it is TRICKY 🙂 I clearly have some work ahead. I hope you enjoy my sincere efforts
