Wow, I am excited to get my class in today. It looks like I’ll go to the noon, so I’ll have plenty of time to hydrate. I was pretty dehydrated for Gary’s class yesterday and partially through I wilted. And remind me not to drink lemonade before class. It wasn’t terrible like drinking Fresca or something thank God.
