Romeo is having a mysterious and painful allergic reaction that took us to the Vet this morning. So I didn’t do a double and I didn’t take my daily Yoga picture, which I regret. But it was more important to get this little sweetheart to the doctor. He’s been so unhappy since Friday and he’s such a kind, sweet soul. Very hard to watch….Hard to leave him to go to class.
BUT
on a totally selfish note, I had to get to Day 14 of the Challenge. I’m two classes behind, it was super important that I go. Gary’s class was great. It was effective, light-hearted and HARD. Exactly the pace I needed today, nursing a bit of a tweaked right knee. I should have been more hydrated, definitely keeping that in mind for tomorrow’s 9:30 a.m. Power with Davin.
and on a TOTALLY GRATEFUL NOTE, I got to lead a beautiful group of people through Yin yoga afterwards. Words really leave me when I think about the beauty of watching people open up to possibilities, to have the courage to dig deep and cure themselves from within. There were yogis of every level – I was especially grateful to meet two lovely persons totally new to yoga. I always hope to give them the best step forward and I got great energy from them both.

I’d love to hear what you think :)
