I want to go to the noon class today so bad.
But I will teach Yin tonight and take lots of classes over the weekend to make up. Truly immerse myself in the vibe of The Ashram.
Tomorrow will start off right with Claudia’s 6:15 a.m. Power. I have that to tots look fwd to.
