Super excited to teach Yin Yoga tonight at The Ashram. My Wed class is one of the high points in my week. I want to bliss out as many people as possible.
This was taken a few years ago, Venice Beach Cali. Wow, I should concoct a beachside Yin Yoga sequence. That would be an amazing class to lead. We ought to dream BIG, right? That sounds pretty flipping dreamy to me.
